Shipping policy
Here at Bluebonnet babes, we want to get your order to you as soon as possible. Right now, we are only shipping within the continental U.S. All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of the item(s) purchasing.
Please know that we process and ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F). During holidays, orders may take an additional day for processing. Once we have processed your order you will receive a shipping notification that includes your tracking number. Shipping notification is our way of telling you we created your shipping label; you will be able to track your order once the label is scanned in, which usually takes 1 business day to start tracking. If you can't find your shipping notification, check your junk mail, if it isn't there, please reach out to us so that we can resend it.

Although we would love to control everything, weather, COVID-19 carrier delays, misdelivered, stolen, lost packages, or orders sent to the address entered at checkout that you mis keyed and didn’t correct are beyond our control.
Bluebonnet Babes is not responsible for lost / stolen packages or packages misdelivered by the carrier. You will need to follow up with neighbors or initiate a claim with the carrier if applicable. However, once a package has been shipped it is in the hands of USPS / Fedex / UPS to deliver, as we do not have control over the mail system.
If the delivery of an item was refused, you will be deducted any restocking fees (shoes) and shipping costs from your store credit.
Bluebonnet Babes is not responsible for incorrect address entered by customer or addresses deemed undeliverable (Addresses labels are auto generated using the address input by the customer). It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. It is our goal to process and send you your order as quickly as possible, therefore there is a very small window for you to change the address on your order. If you notice that the address is incorrect, immediately message us using our chat feature or you can email us at info@bluebonnetbabes.com. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, if your order has already been shipped. If you enter an incorrect address or it is deemed undeliverable and the package is returned to us, it can take sometimes up to 2 months for the package to be returned. If you still want to receive the product, you will be responsible for the cost for resending the package as well as any other fee we incurred for it being returned to sender.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is currently available for Canada. Your shipping rate will be calculated and added at checkout. Bluebonnet Babes is not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe.
