Return Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from Bluebonnet Babes! But if something doesn’t work out, we completely understand.

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date (from order fulfillment to receiving order averages 3-5 days giving you several days to make a decision on the item)
  • Discounted less than 20% *(20%-24% is store credit only)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and:
    • No odors (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
    • No stains, pet hair, or damage
    • Shoes must be in original packaging
  • Purchases made with store credit or gift cards are not eligible for a monetary refund—store credit only
  • Refunds are issued back to the payment method used for the order

✅ Eligible for Store Credit

  • Postmarked within 30 days of purchase
  • Discounted less than 25%
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and:
    • No odors (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
    • No stains, pet hair, or damage
    • Shoes must be in original packaging

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit (Final Sale)

  • Items missing tags, worn, damaged, stained, or with odors/pet hair
  • Discounted 25% or more
  • SALE collection items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items, including:
    • Earrings
    • Leggings
    • Athletic wear
    • Bodysuits
    • Swimwear
  • Shoes without original packaging.
  • Custom items - Beaded Bag Straps

If you send back ineligible items, you’ll be responsible for return shipping to get them back. Otherwise, the items will be donated.

🔄 Exchanges

Due to our limited inventory, we don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, just place a new order and return the original item according to the guidelines above.

🛠 Damaged / Defective Items

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Email info@bluebonnetbabes.com with:
    • Photos of the item and any packaging damage
  • These are handled case by case—we’ll take care of you!

📦 Return Instructions

  1. Make sure your item qualifies under our policy
  2. Return items in original packaging, with the invoice/packing slip included
    • Shoes: must be in their original box, and that box placed inside a shipping box for protection

⏰ Deadlines (No Exceptions)

  • Refund: Postmarked within 15 days of purchase.
  • Store Credit: Postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Items received after 30 days or not meeting return criteria will not be credited. You’ll be contacted to either:

  • Pay return shipping to get them back
  • Item(s) will be donated to charity
